Our styled editorial shoots are designed to create elevated, usable content for product-based wedding, bridal, and detail-driven brands while introducing those brands to a highly targeted audience of South Florida brides-to-be and wedding professionals.
Coastal Club is a light, refined, coastal-inspired editorial concept built around soft blues, crisp whites, elegant tabletop styling, and polished destination-wedding details.
Each concept is thoughtfully produced by Events By Paradise to feel polished, intentional, and visually compelling across web, editorial, and social platforms.
Your participation includes:
- inclusion in the selected styled editorial concept
- professional image coverage by our in-house wedding photographer
- social media mentions and tags across Events By Paradise
- editorial feature and brand credit on EventsByParadise.com
- image usage rights for your own marketing and promotional use
Sponsorship fees help offset creative direction, planning labor, in-house photography, on-site production expenses, and the cost of perishable or concept-specific materials required to execute each editorial shoot at a high level.
This participation option is designed primarily for product-based, detail-driven, and shippable brands. Local service vendors, venues, and higher-touch event partners should contact us directly for participation opportunities and concept fit at Hello@eventsbyparadise.com.
In addition to the sponsorship fee, participating brands must provide product samples or styled items appropriate to the concept. For most partners, this means enough product or detail pieces to style one reception table, one ceremony vignette where applicable, or one couple/detail story where applicable.
Unless otherwise arranged in advance, submitted samples should be considered non-returnable. Shipping instructions, deadlines, and styling guidance will be emailed after checkout.
Participation is limited by category and concept fit. If a concept does not meet the minimum participation threshold or requires category adjustments, Events By Paradise may confirm, reschedule, transfer participation to a future concept, or issue a refund.
