Whether you’re looking for a simple bouquet and boutonniere or a venue covered in flowers, our team can help you bring your dream event to life with our team of talented, certified floral designers and builders, who can create any tablescape, floral installation, or custom event structure you can envision.

Our Process

From elopements to grand galas, our process starts with a consultation phone call, during which we review any inspiration photos or Pinterest boards you’ve shared, discuss your venue, event vision and style, and your specific floral requests, if already known. We work with you to hone in on choices based on your color palette, inspiration photos and requests, and deliver to you a custom, personal mood board to help you envision the specific florals and styles we’ll be using to craft your floral vision. Along with your mood board, we deliver a custom proposal, based on the florals and styles that we discussed and which are included in your mood board. Pricing in the proposal is firm, whether our wholesale prices change or not, for the duration of the proposal period (usually 15 days).

Once you’ve made the decision to move forward, we draft a client agreement with line item pricing based on the proposal and mood board. With a signed client agreement and deposit paid, you’ve locked in your date on our calendar, and your order is firm. If our prices change, yours won’t, giving you the peace of mind that we won’t burden you with last-minute price changes because of fluctuations in wholesale costs, provided that you maintain your selections for florals and arrangement styles.

Because we take care of our planning and design work up front, once your order is placed, you’ll have two follow up calls during important milestone time periods:

• -60 Days: During this call, we discuss any changes to the overall vision for your event, review any style change or floral changes, and finalize any orders for non-perishable items, such as candles, rental glassware, custom order glassware, or custom structures, such as green walls or arches.
  
• – 30 Days: During this call, we review your mood board and give you an opportunity to make any last-minute adjustments or changes to your stems, colors, or aesthetic. Your floral order is finalized at this point, as is your order total: total number of centerpieces, bouquets, etc. Your balance is cleared out, and we move forward with final planning and preparation for your order, including finalizing details with you regarding point of contact for the day, certificate of insurance requirements, load in times and details, and more.
